Gift voucher duration. 

Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

The course(s) must be registered within the valid period, but may, if appropriate, take place after the Gift voucher’s expiry date.

Wright History is under no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift voucher’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.

Under special circumstances, however, a Gift voucher may be extended beyond the expiry date, at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if this may be necessary, and we shall do our utmost to help.

Gift voucher delivery. 

Gift vouchers shall be sent in a digital format to the email address provided (either purchaser or Gift voucher recipient) at point of purchase.

Gift voucher redemption. 

Gift vouchers are redeemed via our online registration page here.

The value of the Gift voucher can be used for part or full payment of a Wright History freelance course. Please note that they are not valid for third-party courses (e.g. via WEA or PLACE).

If the registration fee at point of redemption exceeds the amount of the Gift voucher, the balance may be paid by BACS transfer or cheque at the point of registering.

If the registration fee is less than the Gift voucher value, the Gift voucher will retain the outstanding amount, which can be used towards a future course within the Gift voucher’s valid period.

Refunds. 

Gift vouchers are non-refundable other than within the 14 day cancellation period from date of purchase as per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Transfer. 

Ordinarily, gift vouchers are non-transferable, but if there are special circumstances, do please contact us and we shall do our utmost to help.

Cancellation. 

In the unlikely event that a course needs to be cancelled by Wright History, a new Gift voucher shall be issued and shall be valid for a further 12 months. In the event that a Gift voucher holder does not attend their selected course, no refund shall be given unless at our discretion.
