These Terms of Service govern the use of wrighthistory.uk (the "Site") and any sub-domains (unless expressly excluded by their own terms of service). This Site is owned and operated by Robert J. Wright. This Site provides details of our freelance adult education courses ("Wright History Courses"), our courses via third parties, and relevant additional Content.
These Terms of Service, together with the Privacy and Cookies Policy, contain the whole agreement (“Agreement”) between users and Robert J. Wright relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to terms of service.
Use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property and acceptable use
All Content published and made available on our Site is the property of Robert J. Wright and the Site's creator. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
You may, for your own personal, non-commercial use only, do the following:

download and store the Content in electronic form on a disk (but not on any server or other storage device connected to a network)
print one copy of the Content

We are under a legal duty to supply courses that match the description of the course(s) you order on our Site.

Freelance courses.
These Terms of Service apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel your Wright History Course should it become necessary.
The precise content of each course and session at point of delivery may vary slightly from details outlined on our Site. This may be due to new research, evident points of interest indicated by a particular cohort, and/or discussions arising with students, and will always be relevant to the course's or session's overall objectives.
If we cancel your Wright History Course and have already processed your payment, we will offer you the choice of transferring to an alternative course or a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods for our services:
BACS
Cheque.
The services are to be paid for in full at point of order.
Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement
You have the right to cancel your contract to purchase services from us up to 7 days prior to the start of the course itself.
To exercise your right to cancel you must inform us of your decision to cancel. To cancel, contact us by email at robert@wrighthistory.uk.
We will make the reimbursement using the same form of payment as you used for the initial purchase unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
This right to cancel and to reimbursement is not affected by any return or refund policy we may have.

Our Site contains links to third party websites or services that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party website or service linked to on our Site. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of these third party websites before using these sites.
Availability of the Website

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms of Service are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms of Service.
