I’m delighted to be able to publish preliminary details of Robert’s first 2021 courses (how on earth are we talking 2021 already??!).

More details, direct links to the relevant WEA pages, a form for the freelance course, and an updated Wright History calendar will follow in due course, but I wanted to get at least these bare bones to you asap.

This term’s freelance course is:

The Dark Ages: Exploring the Early Medieval World. We’ll be running that on Thursdays at 2.15pm, from 14 January to 25 March (inclusive). Registration fees are £60 p.p. or £80 for two people sharing the same screen. It will also be possible to book for individual sessions within the course – further details and pricing to follow.

The WEA courses are:

Mondays 19.15: Beyond the Frontiers, Art & Architecture 1550-1650 (C3678725); 11/01/2021-22/03/2021

Tuesdays 09.00: Beyond the Frontiers, Art & Architecture 1550-1650 (C3678726); 12/01/2021-23/03/2021

Tuesdays 19:15: Post-Impressionism (C3678806); 12/01/2021-23/03/2021

Wednesdays 14:15: Post Impressionism (C3678808); 13/01/2021-24/03/2021

Fridays 09:00: Renaissance Art and Architecture (C3678816); 15/01/2021-26/03/2021

NB As is traditional, all courses will have a one-week break at half-term.

Finally for now, as some of you know, this term’s Wine, Wool, and Spices hit WEA’s upper limit in a flash, which meant that some students were disappointed to have to miss it. Well we’ve got good news on that front. I’ll post further details here as soon as I’ve mailed those who have already expressed interest...
